1. General Provisions

1.1. Respect for human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the rights to privacy and family privacy, is a primary objective and condition of the Operator’s activity.

1.2. This Operator policy on personal-data processing (the “Policy”) applies to all information the Operator may receive about visitors to midas-club.com.

2. Data We Process

2.1. The Operator processes only the minimum data required:

• Telegram identifier and username when you contact the bot or support, to provide access and answer requests;
• your public TradingView username, to connect indicators to your account; your TradingView password is never requested;
• your email address if you contact us by email;
• technical website-visit data, including cookies and anonymised Yandex Metrica traffic statistics.

The Operator does not collect or store bank-card data. Payments are processed by the payment provider on its own systems.

3. Definitions Used in this Policy

• Personal data means any information directly or indirectly relating to an identified or identifiable user of midas-club.com.
• Personal-data processing means any operation involving personal data, including collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion or destruction.
• Automated processing means personal-data processing using computing equipment.
• Blocking means temporarily stopping personal-data processing, except where processing is required to correct the data.
• Anonymisation means actions after which data cannot be linked to a specific User without additional information.
• Operator means a person that independently or jointly organises personal-data processing and determines its purposes and data categories.
• User means any visitor to midas-club.com.
• Destruction means actions that permanently destroy personal data.
• Other terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Operator Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Operator may:

• obtain accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the data subject;
• continue processing without consent where the Personal Data Law permits this after consent is withdrawn;
• independently determine the measures necessary and sufficient to satisfy obligations under the Personal Data Law.

4.2. The Operator shall:

• provide the data subject, on request, with information about processing of their personal data;
• organise personal-data processing in accordance with applicable Russian law;
• respond to requests from data subjects and their lawful representatives;
• provide required information to the authority protecting data-subject rights within 30 days after receiving its request;
• publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Policy;
• use legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying or distribution;
• stop processing and destroy personal data as required by the Personal Data Law.

5. Data-Subject Rights and Obligations

5.1. Data subjects may:

• receive information about processing of their personal data, except where federal law provides otherwise;
• require personal data to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary for the stated processing purpose;
• require prior consent for data processing used to promote goods, work or services;
• withdraw consent to personal-data processing;
• challenge the Operator’s action or inaction before the competent data-protection authority or a court.

5.2. Data subjects shall provide the Operator with accurate data about themselves and notify the Operator of any correction, update or change to that data. A person who gives the Operator inaccurate information about themselves or information about another subject without consent is liable under Russian law.
